BEEF, ALE AND BONE MARROW PIE

 

We recommended using a pastry brush to egg wash the pastry for an extra golden finish. Place in an oven pre-heated to 190 degrees C for 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

 

Allergens: Gluten, mustard, celery, fish, sulphites, egg (if you choose to egg wash)

POTATO & SHALLOT GRATIN

 

Pre-heat the oven 240 degrees. Bake uncovered for 12 minutes or until piping hot and caramelised on top.

ROAST JANUARY KING CABBAGE

 

To heat your greens either gently warm in a pan or flash in the oven for 6 minutes at 200 degrees
